On May 29th, 2009 the Portland Improv organized Portland Freeze ‘09. The event took place at the Rose Festival Waterfront Village. These are pics from befor the event. During the event and just after. There are even some from the second "impromtu" freeze that took place by the Salmon Street Fountains.
Fountain Problems
